Flatbed Trucks

The flatbed trailer is the workhorse of the trucking industry. Lengths from 45' to 53', deck height usually 58" to 60". The stretch trailer, usually 48' in the closed position, extends to lengths of 70' to 80'

Stepdeck Trucks

The most versatile trailer in specialized transportation, stepdecks are usually 48' or 53' long with lower deck length of 37' to 43', and heights as low as 32" or 36", more commonly found at 38" to 42". The extendable stepdeck (bottom example) stretches to fit those long loads, with lower deck lengths possible up to 61'. ITL does not charge additional fees when a load requires a stepdeck. Your flatbed and stepdeck pricing will be the same.

Sidekit Flatbed Trucks

ITL has access to over 125 sidekits throughout the U.S. A sidekit is simply a 45' to 48' flatbed with 4' removable sides. Used heavily in the steel industry in circumstances where overhead cranes are used for loading.
